The IHM Men's Club is an organization open to all men of the parish over the age of 18 years. The Men's Club is both a service and a social organization. The IHM Men's Club is a member of the Archdiocesan Union of Holy Name Societies. The Men's Club has been the proud sponsor of the IHM Athletic Committee since its inception, and is the Charter Organization (sponsor) for the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Ventures here at IHM.
The overarching goal of the Men's Club has always been to support the organizations and activities of the youth of our parish.
Mens’s Club meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month in Father Keaney Center and start at 8pm. Annual dues are $10. Our per meeting charge is $10 per person which includes 2 50/50 tickets, food and unlimited beer & soft drinks for the night.
Annual Events:
AFC/NFC Sunday - January 22nd- $25 includes beer, soda, and food. Doors open at 1pm

Outdoor Meeting/BBQ/Horse Shoes - 2nd Thursday in August
WiffleBall Tournament - August- TBA

Over the past 5 years we have raised money which funded the following projects:

In conjunction with the Ladies Sodality we replaced the old floor in Father Keaney Center which cost over $40,000

In conjunction with the Ladies Sodality we replaced all of the tables in Father Keaney Center which cost over $5,400
-
Purchased new soccer and basketball uniforms for the CYC sports program which cost over $16,000.

Purchased new soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball and baseball equipment.

Purchased a new auto scrubber for the parish.

We are also in the process of buying an electric message board for the parish and doing some remodeling in Father Keaney Center.

In addition we have donated money to many worthy organizations and causes at IHM over the years.
If you are new to the parish or haven’t thought about joining either the Men’s Club or Athletic Association before why not give us a try. The money we raise always goes to a good cause and we have fun doing it.
